Ingredients and preparation
200 g
fresh raspberries
1 tbsp
powdered sugar
500 g
quark 40% fat
100 g
mascarpone
3 tbsp
sugar
Pulp of half a vanilla pod
juice and zest of one lime

sprig of mint
1. Put 8 raspberries aside as decoration, blend remaining berries with powdered sugar.
2. Mix together quark, mascarpone, sugar, vanilla pulp, lime juice & zest. Pour alternate layers of raspberry puree & cream into glasses. Garnish with raspberries and mint.
