Ben Serna-Grey is a writer and musician from the Pacific Northwest. His writing has appeared in various venues, including Broadswords and Blasters, Flash Fiction Magazine, Two Cities Review, and others. He also writes for the heavy metal site Toilet Ov Hell, for the album reviews department of New Noise Magazine, and he reviews short fiction for SFF Reviews.   On the music end of things, he has a master's degree in oboe performance from University of British Columbia, and a bachelor's degree in oboe performance from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He has sheet music published through Subito Music Publishing, as well as various recording projects, such as the electronic music project Mother Anxiety.   While currently based in the Portland, Oregon area, he is planning on making the trek to the opposite side of the country soon. He lives with his fiancee and two dogs.
